The Louisburg IV while similar in square footage to comparable models, uses its space in an effective way that allows this home to feel bigger than it is. The great room on the main floor is open to the second floor and partnered with a wall of windows that bring in light, and allow for the enjoyment of any view. A critical difference of this home compared to other Louisburg models is that this one has the master suite on the main floor. The second floor also boasts 2 additional bedrooms, a sitting area overlooking the great room and main staircase, as well as a supporting bathroom.

We were attracted to this home because of the way it blends into nature, yet stands out with its own personality. We enjoy the panoramic views of the North Carolina mountains and our wrap-around decks, which become living rooms and even extra bedrooms during the summer.
