Klondike V

The Klondike V is another bungalow style model. The appealing exterior of this design gives it a strong presence when you first arrive. This feeling continues on the interior with the open floor plan through the great room and the kitchen. There are also two rooms available to be used as an office, and, or a mudroom/laundry room combination. This design features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, but is easily customizable to add additional amenities as necessary.
